Unfortunately, no. Unlike a store we are a sawmill that specializes in nonstandard natural products. We work hard to provide quality, locally sourced raw materials that are cut, loaded and prepared specifically for your order. Because these products are natural, variable and often custom handled, we’re not able to take them back once they leave our yard. Due to the nature of our raw product production, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and removed from our site, no returns or exchanges are allowed. We accept credit/debits cards (3.5% transaction fee), and cash. For business customers in good standing we will accept business checks after a relationship has been established.
